Boldr’s Q2 2026 community impact initiatives, from employee volunteering and education programs to our continued partnerships with organizations in the communities where we live and work.
Boldranians in Action: Giving Back Across Our Communities
The Boldr Challenge Global Month of Volunteering brought Boldranians across our country offices together to give back to their local communities through employee-led volunteer activities. Team members volunteered individually, supporting causes ranging from education and youth development to community outreach, environmental initiatives, and animal welfare.
Throughout the challenge, our team members participated in activities such as school supply distributions, Brigada Eskwela, community programs, and grassroots initiatives, dedicating their time and skills to causes that matter to them. Volunteer hours were documented through a centralized tracking system, allowing us to measure participation and recognize the contributions of our team members.
As part of the challenge, every volunteer hour logged contributed toward a USD 1 donation match from Boldr to local organizations, up to USD 1,500 per country. The initiative concluded with recognitions for the Most Meaningful Stories, Highest Volunteer Hours, and Impact Award, celebrating the individuals and teams who went above and beyond in creating impact.

Celebrating AMV Philippines Scholars’ Milestones
For nearly a decade, Boldr has been supporting scholars of A Million Voices (AMV), serving as their partner in creating opportunities for children and young people in the community.
We learned that many of the students we had supported over the years had recently graduated or were preparing to graduate. It was a meaningful reminder of how far they had come and that it was time to celebrate their achievements. The last dedicated program we held for AMV graduates was in 2022. With this in mind, we partnered with AMV Philippines to recognize the 2024-2025 graduates with a simple but meaningful gift: a PHP 5,000 Grab voucher for each graduate.
The students shared what they treasure most are experiences they can enjoy and share with their families, so rather than simply marking graduation with a material gift, we wanted to give our scholars the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with the people who supported them along the way. It’s a small gesture for a significant achievement and a celebration of the journeys, hard work, and families behind every AMV graduate.

81 Hours of Community Service for Streetlight Summer Camp
Since 2017, Boldr has partnered with Streetlight Philippines, a nonprofit organization in Tacloban City dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through education, social welfare, skills development, and safe community spaces.
The partnership is particularly meaningful to Boldr because Tacloban is home to one of our offices and many of our team members. Rather than being a one-time initiative, our relationship with Streetlight is built on long-term commitment and continued presence in the community.
Last summer, Boldranians came together to support the Streetlight Summer Camp 2026, a 4-week program designed to give children and youth a fun, engaging, and memorable experience during their school break. Thirteen team members volunteered to support the camp, collectively contributing 81 hours of volunteer service. They facilitated group games and team-building activities, assisted students throughout the sessions, encouraged participation and teamwork, and helped maintain a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment.
This is another reflection of our commitment to creating opportunities for children and youth in the communities where we live and work. We're grateful to everyone who showed up, shared their time, and helped make this year's Streetlight Summer Camp a meaningful experience for the children.

Turning Client Connections into Community Impact
We’re excited to celebrate a new partnership made possible through a referral from one of our existing connections, helping open the door to a new opportunity for Boldr.
As part of Boldr’s Client Referral Program, we’re turning that connection into community impact with a one-time $50 donation to Streetlight Philippines. This contribution is made on top of the monthly support Boldr already provides to Streetlight, helping us continue to invest in the organization and the communities it serves.
It’s a small reminder that the connections we build through our work can create impact beyond the business. Through our referral program, every new opportunity can also become an opportunity to give back to our communities.
Establishing Stronger Communities on National Youth Day
In June, our Cape Town team celebrated National Youth Day alongside Bonteheuwel United A.F.C., following a project proposal from Patcha Jacobs.
Boldr supported the event by sponsoring sound equipment and food worth R4,182, helping create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for attendees. A former Boldr team member and Bonteheuwel United A.F.C. member, Randal Arendse, also volunteered his time to prepare the shared meal. Local law enforcement also engaged with the youth through a discussion on making responsible choices and working together to build safer communities.
The celebration gave young people a safe space to showcase their sporting talents, participate in fun activities, and hear encouraging messages from community leaders and positive role models.

Back-to-School Initiatives
Building Better Learning Spaces with Good Neighbors Philippines
On June 6, Boldr joined Good Neighbors Philippines’ Brigada Eskwela 2026, supporting efforts to prepare learning spaces for the upcoming school year. The initiative focused on two Child Development Centers in Sitio Bakal and Sitio Ibayo, where volunteers and partners worked together to improve and beautify the daycare facilities.
Dexter Martinez from Office Operations represented Boldr as a volunteer and also helped procure the materials needed for the initiative. Boldr contributed PHP 25,000 toward the project, supporting the purchase of cleaning, painting, construction, gutter repair, and gardening materials.
Through this partnership, Boldr helped contribute to safer, cleaner, and more welcoming learning spaces for children in the community.

Bags to School: Equipping Students for a Brighter School Year
As part of our commitment to supporting education in underserved communities, Boldr supported a former team member and JCI Binangonan for a Bags to School initiative aimed at helping students prepare for the upcoming school year.
The project provided 100 students with school bags and basic learning materials, giving them essential tools to start the school year ready to learn. Beyond the distribution, 3 Boldr volunteers joined the activities and spent time with the children, helping them practice writing and drawing and making the experience both educational and engaging.
Through this initiative, Boldr was able to help make basic learning resources more accessible to children in underserved communities. It was also a meaningful opportunity for our volunteers to connect with the community and contribute their time beyond simply providing material support.

School Supplies Distribution with Streetlight Philippines
As part of our continued partnership with Streetlight Philippines, Boldr also called on our team members to volunteer for the organization’s school supplies distribution on June 1 in Tacloban. The initiative helped prepare students for the school year by providing essential items including backpacks, shoes, notebooks, and other school supplies.
As Streetlight’s Partner Relations Officer, Devina Dalagan, shared, the day was made even more fulfilling by seeing the students’ smiles as they received their supplies. This initiative reflects the kind of engagement we hope to continue building through our partnership with Streetlight: creating opportunities for Boldr team members to show up, volunteer, and contribute directly to the communities around us.
