Words from the founder
When my best friend and business partner Jeff Bauer passed away tragically and suddenly in 2016, I was forced to re-evaluate the legacy I would leave the earth as an entrepreneur and as a human being. I started Boldr with a single-minded desire to redefine “outsourcing” for better in a way that added more to society than it took.
In this continuous journey of redefining the industry through Boldr’s story, the most important lesson I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is to recognize the real impact (good and bad) I create while taking action to increase the positive.
As Boldr grows as a company, so must my awareness of how we show up in the world today and in the future.
This is the only way to make a real meaningful change beyond lip service.
Boldr Economics
Theory of Change Hypothesis:
Helping clients succeed by building their teams ethically improves the welfare of families and increases employability in the communities we exist in Across our 3Cs, the hypotheses that guide each pillar are:
Client
Clients need to find talent who can help them succeed. Our teams help them flexibly build capacity for scale and performance.
Community
Communities need access to opportunities. We connect them to global work via ethical outsourced roles.
Careers
Careers should offer opportunities for people to grow and thrive. We continuously invest in our Team Members' development.
The Story of Impact, for our teams and clients, is told through
Boldr Economics
A model that shows how solving a business challenge can tackle a social issue as well.
When companies care for their people, those people care for their work. This creates lasting value for the company, as seen in the quality of their services. This virtuous circle of value summarizes our Theory of Change, or Boldr Economics.
